Navigating Transitions: From Operation Expertise to Strategic Visions
Being born and raised in France with Vietnamese roots, my professional journey began in China, where I spent over 12 years assisting foreign companies in market development and material sourcing. My professional journey began in the food industry, where for 6 years, I navigated the dual roles of Purchasing and Quality Manager, enhancing my expertise in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. Transitioning to the pet food sector, I embraced a multifaceted role over four transformative years as a Supply Chain Manager. My responsibilities covered a wide range of operational domains, encompassing the diverse roles of Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics, Planning, Production, and Quality Management. This expansive mandate significantly broadened my operational expertise. The subsequent chapter led me to the diplomatic sphere as a Branch Manager for the Quebec Representative Office in Shandong for 2 years. This tenure offered a kaleidoscope of experience dealing with a blend of governmental and business engagements, which demanded a nuanced understanding of geopolitics and international relations.
In 2019, I returned to France to embark on a new career in the oil and gas industry, and in 2022, I started an Executive MBA at HEC Paris. During my studies, I discovered a passion for helping businesses and governments turn their sustainability commitments into meaningful actions.
With a 15-year rich expertise in procurement across diverse sectors, I’ve developed a unique skill set. The EMBA program further enriched my knowledge, particularly in areas like change management, digital transformation, and sustainable business practices. My ambition now leans towards leveraging these competencies in a strategy consulting role, guiding entities in navigating their sustainability and operational challenges.
